REQUIREMENTS:

Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00, having profession certificate is preferable
Experienced 5 years in handle recruitment or 3 years in handle training
Having good knowledge in use psychological test and making psychological report
Competent in interviewing skill and profiling people
Good communication in English oral and written
Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)
Skill Public Relation
Having good leadership, personality and self motivated person
Having good analytical thinking and communication skill
