Requirements :

ü Male / Female maximum 30 years old

ü Degree major in any related Discipline

ü At least 3 years in experiences in Human Resources Management

ü Hands on experience in Employee and Industrial Relationship tasks

ü Honest, dynamic, energetic and assertive

ü Hands on experience in processing compensation and benefit

ü Familiarly with Personnel Administration

ü Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor regulation related

ü Good skill in computer is a must

ü Self motivated, Strong analytical person and good interpersonal and communication skills

ü Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks

ü Excellent command of both written and spoken English
