Responsibilities:

• Bertanggung jawab atas proses rekruitmen
• Bertanggung jawab atas test psikologi untuk calon karyawan
• Bertanggung jawab atas database pelamar
• Melaksanakan interview dengan calon karyawan
• Developing Carrer Path untuk karyawan
• Berfungsi sebagai Couching & Counsling bagi karyawan
• Penyediaan database karyawan / HRIS
• Membantu proses administrasi di HRD
• Melaksanakan performance appraisal

Requirements:

• Lulusan S1 jurusan psikologi universitas terkemuka, fresh graduate are welcome
• Wanita Usia 22 - 26 thn
• Mampu membaca alat-alat test psikologi
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, internet
• Berdomisili di sekitar Jakarta Barat / Jakarta Utara
