We are a well-established poultry integrated company has immediate openings for the following position:



Strategic Management Team (Code : SMT)

    Responsibilities :

    • Developing, Monitor and Improving the Company by implementing Balanced Scorecard

    Requirements :

    • Minimal Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree from Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or MBA.
    • Has experience at least 3 years in doing strategic planning, performance management or business improvement.
    • Has deep knowledge about Balanced Scorecard.
    • Strong personality, self motivation, honest, hard-working and able to work independently or in a team.
    • Computer Literacy (Ms Office).
    • Good command in English both written and oral.
